Modernising Local Government

Neil has known Angus Doulton and Roger Wilson since the early days of the Soft Option in the mid 1980s. They set up CDW & Associates in 1992 to focus on support for local and central government bodies seeking better ways of delivering services to their citizens.

As well as client-specific consultancy work, CDW also manage the Exchanging Information with the Public Programme and the EIP Development Group, run development courses and an annual conference and publish case-studies based on leading-edge work in the UK and abroad.

Government clients in conjunction with CDW include: Black Country Consortium, Dartmoor National Park Authority, Devon County Council, the Employment Service, Kirklees Metropolitan Council, Leicestershire County Council, London Borough of Newham, Norfolk County Council, Teignbridge District Council and Strathclyde Regional Council.
